Cost per year for books for one child.  A free book is given to children 6 months - 5 years at each well-child visit.

Cost of a clinic visit for a Medicaid-enrolled child is $218, of which $125 is not covered.

To insure that the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago continues to offer the best health care possible, we need your help.  Your gift to IWS will have a direct effect on the programs and services we provide. We accept public aid and private insurance, and offer a sliding scale to patients with no health coverage at all.  The rest of the budget is raised through private donations.
