As the IWS patient base grows and the demand for its services increases, so do our expenses. Highlighted below are just a few of the service costs for our children and women patients. We hope that you might be interested in making a donation this evening to cover the cost of one or more of these costs.

For each uninsured woman, a chronic disease visit costs $225, and is not reimbursable. |

In the second year of life, a child sees the doctor 3 times ($375 not reimbursable). |

Provides HPV vaccines for prevention of cervical cancer and counseling for one patient. |

Cost of 1 glucometer and a one year supply of testing strips. IWS sees over 130 diabetic women. |

In the first year of life, a child sees a pediatrician 7 times for well-child care ($1575 per year, of which $875 is not reimbursable). |
