The Infant Welfare Society of Chicago’s multi-lingual multi-cultural professional and support staff turns the Infant Welfare mission into a reality each and every day. Bringing advanced education and training, real-world experience and a heart-felt commitment to serving children and women, Infant Welfare staff members are changing lives and changing communities, one patient at a time. Staff excellence is rewarded by the Board, Auxiliary, and patients themselves, who remain with Infant Welfare for many years and in turn, bring their children for our care. Excellence is also encouraged through a dynamic “Achieve Team,” which promotes positive spirit and camaraderie through lunchtime and holiday festivities for staff.
