Our Chapter has been eagerly anticipating our spring Wine and Dine benefit, organized by Pat Nathan. It will be held on April 17 at the Viking Cooking School in Glenview. Chef Pete Trusiak will prepare a superb dinner of small plate courses paired with wines to complement the menu by sommelier Zack Patap. The venue can accommodate only 56 people, and it has sold out very quickly. There will be two raffles, a basket filled with great wines that will be presented that evening and a gift certificate for a cooking class of the winner’s choice at the Viking Cooking School.
We will also host our spring luncheon and baby shower for the Clinic in May.
